The drive axle housing bushing is a precision-machined plain bearing sleeve with nominal dimensions of 56 mm inner diameter × 60 mm outer diameter × 40 mm length, designed for supporting the oscillation pin of the drive axle in Liebherr wheel loaders and wheel loader-excavators. The bushing is press-fitted into the axle housing bore and provides the load-carrying surface for a steel oscillation pin, which enables pendulum deflection of the rear axle within the range of ±10–15° relative to the machine’s longitudinal axis, ensuring continuous ground contact of all wheels during off-road operation. Manufactured from lead-tin bronze (CuSn8Pb15 or CuSn10Pb10) or as a composite DU bushing with steel shell, sintered bronze layer, and PTFE insert, capable of transmitting radial loads up to 100–200 kN at full load. In the full-bronze variant, the inner bore features grease grooves for distributing solid lubricant supplied via a Zerk grease fitting in the housing, and the outer surface is fitted with retaining grooves that lock the bushing against rotation in its bore. Bushing replacement is required when radial clearance on the pin exceeds permissible limits (audible impact during direction changes or under loaded cornering), when visible rotation of the bushing within the housing bore indicates bore damage, or when the sliding surface shows scuffing, ovality, abrasive wear, or fretting marks resulting from loss of lubrication due to damaged pin seals.

New parts are original Liebherr products from official manufacturer distribution.
Used parts undergo a multi-stage verification process ensuring their condition and performance parameters. This is an attractive alternative offering an excellent price-to-remaining-life ratio.
