Das Ger\u00e4t ist anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr Ausf\u00e4lle aufgrund kontinuierlicher Vibrationen und thermischer Zyklen, die zu Werkstofferm\u00fcdung und Rissbildung an L\u00f6tverbindungen der Leiterplatte f\u00fchren und zum Verlust elektrischer Kontinuit\u00e4t oder fehlerhaften Messwerten f\u00fchren. Auch wenn der Motor weiterl\u00e4uft, verhindern unzuverl\u00e4ssige Sensordaten die Fr\u00fcherkennung eines zunehmenden Druckabfalls, was zu katastrophalem Lagerverschlei\u00df und zum Austausch des gesamten Motorblocks f\u00fchren kann. Ein geplanter Sensorwechsel mit neuer Dichtungsscheibe ist erheblich kosteng\u00fcnstiger als die Beseitigung der Folgen eines Lagerverschlei\u00dfes, der h\u00e4ufig aus versp\u00e4teter Diagnose resultiert. Durch pr\u00e4zise Schmierungsdruck\u00fcberwachung wird sichergestellt, dass das Motorschutzsystem ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df funktioniert und etwaige Abweichungen von der Norm unmittelbar erkannt
